• Toyota Innova: Chargeable at INR 4,000 + 18% GST. This car accommodates 3 guests.

Check-In and Check-Out Policy

Check In : 02:00 pm Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

Check Out : 12:00 noon Later check outs are available on request and subject to availability.

A Government notification requires Indian residents to carry proof of identity at the time of check in. The proof of identity can either be the guest's driving license, passport, voter identificaion card or Aadhaar card.

Identification Requirement

As per government regulations, all guests are required to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. This must be an original, government-issued photo ID. Proof of identity is required for children as well.

For Indian residents, acceptable forms of ID include:

• Passport
• Driving Licence
• Voter ID
• Aadhaar Card

For foreign nationals, a passport and valid Indian visa are mandatory.

Reservation guarantee policy

All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation.

Guarantee can be done by a Credit Card, Advance Payment or approved Travel Agency.

We reserve the right to release non-guaranteed reservations.

Guarantee options:

1 - Request for a payment link at the time of reservation.

You can use this secure web link to pay your room charges in advance. This link is valid for major credit and debit cards and netbanking. Once the advance payment is received, your reservation will be guaranteed.

2- Request for a credit card tokenisation link at the time of reservation.

You can use this secure web link tokenise your credit card. A nominal amount of Rs.10 will be charged to validate your card number and refunded within 4 working days. This link is valid for major credit and debit cards, except American Express and Rupay cards. Once tokenisation is completed, your reservation will be guaranteed. Please pay your entire stay charges directly at the hotel.

Cash payments above INR 49,999/- require PAN card identification, as per Reserve Bank of India guidelines. Cash payment of INR 2,00,000/- or more will not be accepted as per Section 269ST of the Indian Income Tax Act.

Mandatory Meal supplement

Mandatory meal supplement may be applicable for stays on Christmas Eve, 24th December and New Year Eve, 31st December.

• Christmas Eve Dinner: INR 4,000 + tax, per person
• New Year Eve Dinner: INR 6,500 + tax, per person

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled, without any cancellation charge, before the deadline stipulated for the dates booked, in the hotel cancellation policy given below. In case of late cancellation or noshow, the hotel is authorised to charge the applicable cancellation charge, including any taxes and fees on the guarantee received towards the stay. The credit card tokenised or advance paid or travel agent voucher will be charged.

As the cancellation policy may differ for some rate offers and room categories from the hotel’s standard cancellation policy, please review them carefully while making the reservation.

1st April to 30th September, 2025	Guaranteed reservation may be cancelled 7 days prior to the date of arrival. Reservations, cancelled within 7 days of arrival date will incur a cancellation fees equivalent to accommodation charge of entire length of stay.
1st October, 2025 - 31st March, 2026	Guaranteed reservation may be cancelled 30 days prior to the date of arrival. Reservations, cancelled within 30 days of arrival date will incur a cancellation fees equivalent to accommodation charge of entire length of stay.
21st December, 2025 – 3rd January, 2026	Guaranteed reservation may be cancelled 30 days prior to the date of arrival. Reservations, cancelled within 30 days of arrival date will incur a cancellation fees equivalent to accommodation charge of entire length of stay.

Child Policy

Child Accomodation Policy

• Up to two children under 12 years' age can be accommodated in the parents' room, with one extra bed at no additional charge. Kindly state your request for extra bed at the time of booking as not all room categories can accommodate an extra bed.
• If a child is above 12 years of age, a separate room will be required at the parent's applicable room rate. (An extra bed shall not be provided for anyone over 12 years of age.)

Child Meal Policy

• Meals for children up to 6 years are complimentary.
• For children between 6-12 years, a meal is at 50% of the parent’s meal, and for children above 12 years, meal is at full charge.

Smoking

Smoking is permitted only within smoking rooms and in designated smoking areas. Please let us know if you wish to reserve a smoking room.

Pets Policy

We do not allow pets in the hotel.
