Airport pick up can be arranged at an additional cost given below:

• Honda Amaze: Chargeable at INR 2,500 + 12% GST. This car accommodates 2 guests.
• Toyota Innova: Chargeable at INR 3,250 + 18% GST. This car accommodates 3 guests.

Mandatory Meal supplement

• A mandatory meal supplement of INR 3,500 and INR 6,000 (exclusive of taxes) per person is applicable for guests staying on 24th December and 31st December, respectively, payable at the hotel directly.

A Government notification requires Indian residents to carry proof of identity at the time of check in. The proof of identity can either be the guest's driving license, passport, voter identificaion card or Aadhaar card.

Guarantee PolicyAll bookings must be guaranteed at time of reservation by Credit Card or Travel Agency. All major credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

1st August, 2023 – 30th September, 2023	Guaranteed reservation may be cancelled 7 days prior to the date of arrival. Reservations, cancelled within 7 days of arrival date will incur a cancellation fees equivalent to accommodation charge of entire length of stay.
1st October, 2023 – 31st March, 2024	Guaranteed reservation may be cancelled 30 days prior to the date of arrival. Reservations, cancelled within 30 days of arrival date will incur a cancellation fees equivalent to accommodation charge of entire length of stay.

Child Policy

• Up to two children under 12 years' age can be accommodated in the parents' room, with one extra bed at no additional charge. Kindly state your request for extra bed at the time of booking as not all room categories can accommodate an extra bed.
• If a child is above 12 years of age, a separate room will be required at the parent's applicable room rate. (An extra bed shall not be provided for anyone over 12 years of age.)

Meal policy:

• Meals for children up to 6 years are complimentary.
• For children between 6-12 years, a meal is at 50% of the parent’s meal, and for children above 12 years, meal is at full charge.

Please Note: Effective 2nd October 2008, the Government has introduced "No-Smoking" legislation for hotels, restaurants and all public places. As a consequence, smoking is prohibited in all parts of the hotel except in designated bedrooms where smoking is permitted.

The hotel has dedicated smoking guest bedrooms. Should you desire a smoking bedroom, please let us know. We shall endeavor to reserve a smoking bedroom for you, subject to availability.
